I try not to block the diesel pumps.. but if it's the only one available it's fair game.

I don't know, that would be like saying if the drive through is the only available spot at a fast food restaurant it's fair game. Granted a drive through is likely more active than a diesel pump, but still it's there for service not parking.

I meant to pump gas. If I need something inside I will walk in to get it, or if I want to prepay. I never park at a pump unless I'm buying gas.
